Community Guidelines
A women's community only works if it genuinely feels safe. Here is exactly what we expect, what we will not tolerate, and what happens when you report something.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
The promise
Every woman here should be able to show up as herself, say what she thinks, and leave feeling better than she arrived. That is the whole point. These guidelines exist to protect that, and they apply everywhere: the feed, comments, direct contact between members, chapter groups and in-person events.
What we expect
- Assume good faith. Most misunderstandings are just that. Ask before you accuse.
- Respect the room. Women here come from every background, belief, culture and life stage. You do not have to agree with someone to treat her well.
- Keep confidences. What a member shares in the community stays in the community. Do not screenshot and share things elsewhere.
- Be a real person. Use your real name and a real photo. No impersonation, no fake profiles.
- Show up when you say you will. If you RSVP and plans change, cancel so someone else can take the spot.
What is not tolerated
These will get content removed and, depending on severity, an account suspended or permanently removed:
- Harassment of any kind: including persistent unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop.
- Hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion or lack of religion, nationality, disability, sexuality, gender identity, age or body.
- Sharing private information about another member, her address, workplace, phone number, photos or anything she shared in confidence.
- Using the community to sell. No cold pitching members, no MLM recruitment, no unsolicited promotion. Partnering with us is welcome, talk to us properly.
- Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content.
- Threats, intimidation, or encouraging self-harm.
- Scams, phishing, or soliciting money from members.
Reporting something
Every post and comment has a report option. You can also contact us directly, choose “Something else” and tell us what happened. If you would rather not put it in writing, say so and we will arrange a call.
- Reports go to our moderation team, not to the person you reported.
- We will never reveal who made a report to the person being reported.
- You can report something that happened at an in-person event, not just online.
- If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us.
What happens next
- We look at it quickly. Reports are reviewed by a real person, usually within two working days.
- We decide proportionately. Depending on what happened: a private word, content removal, a formal warning, suspension, or permanent removal.
- Serious cases skip the warning. Threats, sexual harassment and doxxing can result in immediate removal.
- We follow up with you. You will hear back about the outcome, within the limits of the other person's privacy.
At in-person events
- Every event has a named host. If something feels off, find her.
- You never owe anyone an explanation for leaving early.
- "No" is a complete sentence, and it is always respected here.
- Chapter leads can ask someone to leave an event, and can escalate to us afterwards.
If we get it wrong
If you think a moderation decision about your account was unfair, reply to the message you received or contact us and ask for it to be reviewed. A different member of the team will look at it.
The short version
Treat every woman here the way you would want your closest friend to be treated in a room full of strangers. That is really the whole rule. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
